Dr. Ayo Adeyemi is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in teaching and facilitation, spanning diverse subjects including Marketing, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship Development, Project Management, General Business, and Supply Chain Management. He has a unique blend of industry and academic expertise, which enables him to teach and illustrate complex concepts effectively.

Dr. Adeyemi's academic philosophy prioritizes creating an inclusive and collaborative classroom atmosphere, fostering active participation and encouraging students to explore personal ideas and perspectives. He is skilled in adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, ensuring equal opportunities for success.

His expertise includes teaching and facilitation, marketing, human resources, entrepreneurship development, project management, general business, supply chain management, BOPPPS and Bloom's Taxonomy for effective lesson planning, and learning management systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom, iLearn, D2L, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Teams.
