Global Exchange Programme

These Terms (Conditions) apply to all services ordered from you the Client for GLOBAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMME, NOVEMBER 1st-5th, 2024 and provided by Jamie Pajoel University. By proceeding with registration and payment, you agree that these conditions shall apply to those services as listed in the delegates registration fee.

  1. Jamie Pajoel University shall provide only the services listed in the delegates registration fee.
  2. Jamie Pajoel University shall operate under reasonable discretion, and within available resources to give Client added value to services ordered as listed in the delegates registration fee.
  3. Jamie Pajoel University shall be required to provide a new proposal bill and proforma invoice to Client in the event of an additional service request by Client that is not stated in the delegates registration fee.
  4. Jamie Pajoel University shall not be held liable for any contingencies that may arise in the event that Client is not forthcoming with the payment schedule as listed in the delegates registration fee.
  5. In the event where you the client is not able to attend the conference after payment is done, Jamie Pajoel University shall NOT refund any money. However, you the client shall be allowed to use your ticket for the following year or at any other events hosted by Jamie Pajoel University.
  6. Jamie Pajoel University agrees to be liable for any contingencies that arise on our part as a result of our own shortcomings at any given period in the course of or service delivery.
  7. Jamie Pajoel University shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any performances of services for a satisfactory outcome.
  8. Jamie Pajoel University shall not be held responsible in an event where the Canadian Embassy on their own discretion refuse to offer or grant you Visiting Visa.
  9. Jamie Pajoel University shall have the right to make any changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services, and Jamie Pajoel International ™ shall notify Client in any such event.
  10. Jamie Pajoel University shall provide services using reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with your Request and reasonable instructions from time to time.
