- If you have completed your course, it’s time to take the official exam.
- Ensure your profile account is complete, via MY ACCOUNTÂ page and clicking on EDIT PROFILEÂ below your name.
- Click on WIDGETS SETTINGS and ABOUT USER.
- Upload your professional photo by clicking on UPLOAD IMAGE, fill in your details and click on the SAVE CHANGES button.
- After completing the Exam, you will receive a completion report with the exam result showing your results.
- You need 95% pass mark to be considered a successful candidate.
- Any score below 95% pass mark is considered a failure.
- You will have only 3 exam attempts before your login details become invalid.
- Before you start writing your exams, it is advisable to ensure you are ready, have adequate battery life and optimal network.
- The certification Exams carries 200 multiple choice questions and answers. You have 2 hours to finish and submit your exams.
- If for any reason you lose battery or network, you will have to retake the exam. So ensure you have adequate battery and good network.
- Successful candidate will receive an email from Acclaim to accept and share your digital badge.
- Digital credentials are recognized symbols acknowledging that the owner of the credential has successfully completed a certification and has acquired all the new skills offered by the program.
- Your digital credentials are stored in a blockchain-encrypted digital wallet linked directly to you and cannot be duplicated by anyone else.
- Once shared on your online profile or resume, employers and clients can easily and securely verify your qualifications and level of expertise through our Certification Tracking System.
- Certificate will be available on the Certification Tracking System within 7 days from the day you passed your exam.
- Hard copy Certificate can be sent through postal mail at a different cost.
We urge you not to share your login details with anyone, should we notice an unauthorized login through your details, it will be deactivated, and your certificate and digital badge will be revoked, and you will not get any refunds.

How do participants receive their digital credential?
Upon completion of a program, the participant’s name and email address will be added to the Credly platform database. Once entered, the participant will receive an email alert with the details of their digital credential and a link to their secure, personal Credly wallet. They can then share their digital credential via social media, directly from the Credly platform.
Do participants require a log in ID to access their digital credential?
To access badge info and display it online, a participant needs to have a user profile in Credly with the same email address they used when registering for their courses on Workplace Leadership Institute learning platform.
How soon will participants receive their Digital credentials after the exam?
Digital credentials may take up to 48 hours to be issued.
